Tenco provides billing and related services for customer networks on behalf of our clients. We understand that for the consumers within those networks, delivery of electricity is essential to their well-being.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and support — and to treating consumers fairly and respectfully in every interaction. Through our customer network brand UtiliBill we have developed a Consumer Care Policy that outlines our commitment and clearly explains consumer rights and responsibilities.
The policy complies with the Consumer Care Obligations outlined in the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.

Tenco and UtiliBill are also a member of the Energy Complaints Scheme (ECS) through Utilities Disputes. Enquiries and complaints should be directed to Tenco in the first instance by emailing us at info@tenco-ebs.co.nz If we cannot resolve your complaint through our standard process, you can escalate it to Utilities Disputes via their website or contact them at 0800 223 340
