Customer Network Management
Tenco provides customer network and utility billing services for power, gas and water supply throughout New Zealand. This includes meter reading, reconciliation, invoice preparation and reporting.
What is a Customer Network?
Unlike an embedded network, a tenant connection on a customer network is not a market connection. In most cases, the landlord controls a single connection point and installs check metering downstream and will invoice at a nominated rate based on meter readings collected.
A customer network could be for water, gas or electricity and is typically installed in smaller, older buildings.
Tenco can provide a fully customised solution for your customer network. This can range from meter reading to reconciliation to providing direct debit functionality for your tenants.
