Tenco Sustainability Policy

At Tenco, we value sustainable business practices and are committed to operating responsibly to minimize our environmental impact.  Our commitment to sustainability reflects our dedication to contribute positively to the environment in alignment with the clients that we serve.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions Measurement and Verification

Tenco has undertaken a comprehensive measurement of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.  This process has been rigorously audited by Toitu, a third-party organization, to ensure compliance with the ISO 14064-1: 2018 GHG protocol. We are proud to report that our emissions have been verified and confirmed to be nominal, totalling 29.3 tCO2e.

Continuous Improvement

Tenco is committed to continuous improvement of our sustainability practices.  Following the completion of our emission verification work, we will perform a review to identify any pragmatic opportunities for further GHG mitigation that balances environmental stewardship with operational efficiency.

Tenco Sustainability Goals

Our long-term sustainability goals include:

  • Continuing to provide our clients with high-quality data to support their respective sustainability journeys

  • Promote the use of renewable energy with our clients and support them with the integration of such projects into their private utility networks

  • Encourage and support sustainable practices among our employees, clients and partners

  • Implement energy-efficient practices across our operations where it’s pragmatic to do so to reduce energy consumption and minimise waste

By publishing this policy, our objective is to communicate our commitment to sustainability and our efforts to operate responsibly.  We encourage our stakeholders to join us in this journey towards a more sustainable future.
