Precinct’s Bowen Campus Comes Alive
With the recent opening of 40 Bowen Street, the Precinct Properties Bowen Campus project is one step closer to completion. After completing 44 Bowen in mid-2023, this unique project will be home to 5,000+ workers across four buildings.
As part of its ongoing embedded network management services, Tenco has been working with Norman Disney Young on optimising the electrical infrastructure design within the Bowen Campus. Tenco manages the lines and network billing across the campus and provides reporting in industry-standard formats — allowing Precinct to focus on their core business.
Within the Bowen Campus, Tenco provides:
Consultancy services related to the electrical infrastructure design
Ongoing embedded network management services
New connection services
Electricity smart meter procurement and installation
In addition, Precinct engaged Tenco to run a competitive procurement process for electricity supply to their Generator co-working spaces in Wellington and Auckland. This was critical to making certain that the most competitive pricing was achieved along with budgetary certainty for Precinct in the years ahead.
